Metal fabrication & welding
We detail, coordinate and install structural steel and custom metal, working with fabricators we have used for years. Most residential-side general contractors hand this off entirely; it’s the capability that most changes what we can build and what it costs you.
We cut out three markups and a handoff
When a general contractor subs out steel, the price you pay contains the fabricator's margin, the erector's margin and the GC's markup on both. The schedule contains their lead time, their crew availability, and a handoff where nobody is quite responsible.
When we do it, there’s one company. If the detail doesn’t work, we change it in the shop that afternoon rather than issuing an RFI and waiting a week.
It also changes what’s possible to design. A steel frame carries a longer clear span than timber, which is why our covered patios don’t need a post landing in the middle of your view, and why a mezzanine or an opening in a tilt-wall is a normal job for us rather than a specialist one.

Do you take fabrication-only work?
Sometimes, for clients and partners we already work with. Our capacity is committed to our own projects first, so tell us what you need and when, and we’ll give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Does this apply to residential projects too?
Yes, and it’s where most clients first benefit from it without realizing. The steel beam that lets a kitchen wall come out, the stair, the railing, the patio canopy frame — all fabricated by us rather than waiting on a supplier.
Is the steel engineered?
Anything structural is designed by a licensed structural engineer and stamped. We fabricate and install to that specification, and the engineer's letter goes with the permit.
What equipment do you operate?
Scissor lifts and forklifts, run by our own crew. On industrial work that removes a rental line, a subcontractor and a scheduling dependency.
Have something that needs fabricating?
Send a drawing or a photograph. We will tell you what it takes to build, get it priced with our fabricators, and install it.
